PPTI offers vacuum heat treatment to its customers to bring out the best performance of tool steel during application. PPTI has the biggest vacuum furnace capacity in the Philippines (500mm width x 350mm height x 1300mm length capacity). PPTI acquired its furnace from NAKANIHON-RO Kogyo Co., Ltd. It has rapid cooling system with 2.8 bars cooling gas circulated at high speed. Heaters are spread around the furnace interior for uniform temperature and distortion is kept to a minimum by inverter controlled re-circulating fans and a pressure regulating system that ensures the optimal heat treatment according to application.
